Plus 45 mins of fast walk/jog without too much knee pain! I call this a good day 🙂

  1. I hate squats and they hate me. 😉 You should also try the 30 day plank challenge. OUCH!!! Good job–keep it up!

    Thank you! I am not a big fan of squats, burpees, push ups…..OR plank! yikes! 🙂 But I will consider that to be my next challenge, would love to see how it turns out!
